At 9 years old, my nephew, Joe, didn’t think that I had a job because talking about talking wasn’t important enough to be ‘a job.’  He now knows better.

Are you

• working on making a difference through what you do?
• thinking on a transformational level and not just transactional in your work?
• working on being a good ancestor, leaving a legacy, and making an impact?
• innovative in mindset and entrepreneurial in nature – even if you are in an organization that might feel more ‘traditional’ in its ways?
• not happy with the status quo and are looking to make some new happen?
• self-authoring in perspective – you take responsibility and work to the edges of your job description because you are passionate about your work?
• eager to think both macro and micro – be both visionary and still in the details so implementation of your idea can become a reality?
• humane and growth producing in your communications?
• open to professional development, personal growth, and stretching at your learning edges?
• working on your own emotional and psychological maturity so you can be a value add on your teams and in your relationships (work and otherwise)?
• not interested in ‘static’ and chaos on your teams but are open to sharing feedback because you don’t want social friction in your work relationships?
• clear that what you do is important AND also how you interact while doing it matters too?
• up for working with someone who shows up without pretense, in sweats with no makeup, thinks out loud, wants to co-create, and cares deeply about what they do and who they work with to do it?
