Know Your Identity
April 13, 2022
Read Jennifer's latest as a featured columnist for TIE (The International Educator), where she writes about the importance of knowing yourself.
Knowing yourself takes work – and it’s worth it. As I mentioned in my last article, There Is an “I” In Team – Being a Better Team Player, my focus in my work is around adult to adult communication in schools. How do we stretch ourselves at our learning edges to become our best adult selves at school? How do we communicate well with one another in service of our students?

Praise for Jennifer
“Our school’s work with Jennifer Abrams has sown the seeds of stronger communication skills among the adults in the building. This has only served to strengthen the integrity of communication between staff and students as well. We’ve added her language to our expectations: honest, humane, and growth-producing conversations occur regularly.”
